Christine Pennington
Christine Pennington serves as Executive Director and Co-Founder of Resilient Pathways. She brings over two decades of experience in education, family support, and community leadership, with a deep commitment to helping families grow stronger together.

She holds a Doctorate in Psychology with a specialization in Trauma and Crisis, where her work has focused on the impact of adversity on children and families and on developing practical, early-intervention programs that promote resilience, connection, and healing. Her professional journey has been shaped by a passion for supporting caregivers, empowering youth, and creating meaningful pathways for families navigating stress, transition, and life challenges.

Throughout her career, Christine has worked closely with schools, families, and community partners to provide guidance, education, and resources that strengthen relationships and improve outcomes for children and families. Her leadership is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that when caregivers feel supported, families are better equipped to thrive.
As a co-founder of Resilient Pathways, she has helped build programs focused on caregiver coaching, youth development, and community partnerships that drive lasting, positive change. Her work centers on meeting families where they are, helping them build confidence, strengthen communication, and create safe, stable, and nurturing environments.
